Chicken Nuggets

Chicken Nuggets and Mashed Cauliflower

I recently realized that I never made Todd chicken nuggets before. I decided that day to whip some up! Todd even helped on this one, it was that easy!
Chicken Nuggets

  • Chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic Powder
  • S&P
  • Olive oil
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  1. Heat oven to 250* and coat a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Heat the oil in a saute pan.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and S&P on a large plate.
  4. Roll the chicken in the egg and then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Cook in the oil, turning chicken so all sides brown, adding more oil if the chicken starts to stick.
  6. Transfer cooked chicken to the baking sheet and place in the oven to keep warm.
