Fudge Brownies

I have been looking for a fudge brownie recipe for months now. After trying numerous recipes and being disappointed because they were not fudgey at all but dry and cakey, I decided to try my hand at creating my own recipe. So, here is my original Fudge Brownie recipe. If you love fudge, this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients:
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c flour
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350* and grease a 9x12 casserole dish/baking dish well.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Add both sugars to the melted chocolate mixture and incorporate.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  5. Stir in the vanilla.
  6. In a separate small bowl, whisk the flour and salt together.
  7. Stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture.
  8. Pour into your greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Take the brownies out, even if they are still gooey in the middle.
  9. Cool and then cut!
* If you want to add sprinkles on top, add some before baking so that they stick to the top. If you want to add a filler, add that before pouring into your baking dish. I added chopped peanut M&Ms.
