I found this delicious looking recipe on The Pioneer Woman and had to give it a try! I adapted it a bit to accommodate what I had in my cupboards. I think making an extra batch of this sauce would be a great marinade for chicken as well!
Ingredients:
- 1 box thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 tbs sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 4 tbs sesame oil
- Pinch ground red pepper
- Scallions, sliced
Directions:
- Whisk all the ingredients except the pasta and scallions together.
- Pour the sauce over the warm noodles and toss.
- Sprinkle the scallions on top.
Lindsey this looks so good, and very simple I have all these ingredients in my pantry, I will be making this tonight :-)
