Sesame Noodles

I found this delicious looking recipe on The Pioneer Woman and had to give it a try! I adapted it a bit to accommodate what I had in my cupboards. I think making an extra batch of this sauce would be a great marinade for chicken as well!

  • 1 box thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbs sesame oil
  • Pinch ground red pepper
  • Scallions, sliced
  1. Whisk all the ingredients except the pasta and scallions together.
  2. Pour the sauce over the warm noodles and toss.
  3. Sprinkle the scallions on top.

  1. Lindsey this looks so good, and very simple I have all these ingredients in my pantry, I will be making this tonight :-)

    1. Great! I hope you like it!

    2. Good, Good, Good!! Thanks for another fantastic dish.

I will be trying the pasta carbona next week that looks really good.
