Baked Tortilla Chips (Low Carb)

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 low carb tortillas
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
Preheat the oven to 400*.
Brush both sides of the tortillas with olive oil.
Sprinkle both sides with salt and cumin.
Cut each tortilla into 12 wedges. (Cut into quarters and then each quarter into thirds.)
Spread in one layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes and then flip each tortilla over and bake 2 more minutes.
You can leave them in longer if you want them more crispy but be careful because they can burn quickly!
