Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes

These Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes have been floating around on Pinterest for quite awhile now. I think I had pinned it to one of my boards at least three times. :) Well, about a week ago (I know, late post, right?) I finally got around to making them! They were pretty good straight out of the oven.

Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes

  • Tomatoes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Oregano
  • S&P
  • Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 450* and line a baking sheet with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick spray.
Cut the tomatoes in half and place cut side up on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the tops with parmesan, oregano, S&P.
Drizzle the tops with olive oil.
Bake until the tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
