Pizza (Low Carb)

by
Keywords: bake bread entree low-carb pizza
Ingredients (6 personal pizzas)
- 2 8 oz pkgs softened regular cream cheese
- 3 extra large eggs or 4 regular eggs
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 c grated parmesan
- 1 c tomato sauce (I used an organic brand that had only 3 carbs per serving.)
- 3 c shredded mozzarella
- Toppings (I used mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, olives and chicken while Todd had pepperoni and chicken.)
- Pizza seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350* and line three baking sheets with foil.
Spray the foil with nonstick spray.
Combine all the crust ingredients with an electric mixer. It should be the consistency of thick pancake batter.
Spread into 6 equal circles on the baking sheets. It is approximately a little more than one ladleful each.
Bake the crusts for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown on the edges. If it bubbles up, just stick a few holes in it with a fork.
Cool at least 10 minutes before putting the toppings on.
Spread the tomato sauce on top of the cooled crust and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Add whatever toppings you desire.
Sprinkle the tops of each pizza with pizza seasoning.
Bake for another 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is heated through.
