I threw together this Pizza Quiche this past Saturday for brunch. It was delicious and didn't make it to leftovers! I used everything that I already had in my pantry and fridge. I used only pepperoni but you could throw in whatever "toppings" you like.
Pizza Quiche (Low Carb)

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 c cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
- 3/4 c shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 c shredded parmesan
- 18-20 pepperoni or other toppings
- 1/2 c organic pizza sauce
Preheat the oven to 350* and spray a pie plate with nonstick spray.
Beat the eggs with the cream in a medium bowl.
Whisk in the garlic powder, pizza seasoning and S&P.
Evenly spread both cheeses on the bottom of the pie plate.
Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese, making sure that it spreads evenly.
Layer the pepperoni or other toppings on top of the egg mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with warm pizza sauce drizzled over the top.
