Rolls (Low Carb)

Ingredients (6 rolls)
- 4 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp splenda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 ounces softened cream cheese
Preheat the oven to 300* and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another smaller bowl, beat the egg yolks, splenda, salt and cream cheese together.
Carefully fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Try not to deflate the egg whites; it will help to add the yolk mixture a little at a time.
Divide the batter into 6 mounds and flatten them slightly with a rubber spatula.
Bake for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing.
Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
