White Chocolate Chip Marbled Cookie Bars

Here is a version of those marbled cookie bars that I promised a few weeks ago. I used red candy melts and white chocolate chips in preparation for Valentine's Day... Aren't they pretty? :) You will loovvee these bars if you enjoy soft cookies and the whole salted craze. I used sea salt in the bars instead of regular salt and it turned out to be just the perfect amount of sweet and salty. Plus, it's also student and husband approved so we know it's a crowd pleaser. :)

  1. I would never have thought of candy melts to make a colored swirl. That's an awesome idea.
