Craving a burger but on a low carb or gluten free diet? Try this Cheeseburger Cauliflower! It has all the flavors of a great cheeseburger, without the grains! This recipe is also a tasty way to get your kids to eat their veggies as a whole meal or as a side dish. You can even customize this dish by adding your favorite toppings: pickles, tomatoes, onion, bacon... the possibilities are endless!
Cheeseburger Cauliflower (Low Carb)

Ingredients (4 servings, whole meal, 8 serv)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbs dried parsley
- 1 tbs dehydrated onion
- 1 tbs dijon
- 1 tbs worcestershire
- 2 12 oz bags frozen cauliflower
- 3-4 slices american
- 1 c shredded cheddar
- Extra cheese and toppings, optional
Instructions
Brown the ground meat in a large pan; do not drain.
While the meat is browning, steam the cauliflower according to package directions.
When the meat is browned, add the salt, pepper, parsley, onion, dijon and worcestershire. Stir to combine.
Add the cauliflower and cheese to the meat mixture and stir until evenly mixed.
Serve and top with extra cheese or favorite burger toppings.
