Awesome Sauce Mini Sandwiches

I know, I know... I promised this recipe months ago! I just had so many exciting things to share with you all that this was put on the back burner. These mini sammies are amazing. They are sweet and savory and drenched in a marinade of goodness. I am not going to say much more about them because you just need to try them yourself!

Awesome Sauce Mini Sandwiches

by Lindsey
Keywords: bake appetizer ham swiss onion

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2-1 lb thinly sliced ham
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced swiss
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 3 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs mustard
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dehydrated onion
Instructions
Cut the rolls in half and place in a baking dish with sides.
Layer ham and cheese in between the top and bottom bun.
In a small bowl, mix the butter, worcestershire, mustard, brown sugar and onion together.
Pour the mixture over the tops of the sandwiches, drenching each one.
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350* and bake for 15 minutes, uncovered, until the cheese is melted and the bun tops are golden brown.
