Cherry Tomato Salad

- 4 c (about 1.5-2 lbs) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 3 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp splenda
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except for the tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes in a medium bowl and pour the dressing on top.
Gently toss with a large spoon until all tomatoes are evenly coated in the dressing.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Stir the mixture again before serving. Best at room temperature!
